The Breathe Easy group is delivered by volunteers, and supported by the BLF. It supports its members by providing information and the opportunity to meet other people with lung conditions, or those who care for them, and share experiences.
The groups are suitable for people with a lung condition, their families, friends and carers and anyone else who is interested in lung health. Monthly meetings usually include a guest speaker on a topic of interest to the group. Any new information or updates, including a national Breathe Easy newsletter, is distributed to members who then have time to chat.
