Live Active is a service designed to provide individuals with the support they require to increase their physical activity. From one on one consultations to supervised gym sessions in one of the many Local Authority leisure centres, your Live Active Advisor will provide the required support to help you increase your activity
Access to Live Active is via health professional referral. You can speak with your GP or call 0141 232 1860 and select the Live Active option to speak to an Advisor.
Some people with certain health conditions may not be eligible for Live Active. Your GP will provide advice and guidance.
