In response to the threat of the Omicron COVID-19 variant, the practice is operating under strict guidance to protect our patients and staff and ensure that our service remains operational.
Please do not attend the surgery unless you have contacted us by telephone in the first instance. We can advise you on how we will process your request or query and can make any necessary arrangements for this to be dealt with.
For everyone’s safety, we must restrict the number of patients coming into the surgery and we are trying very hard to do this without closing our doors. Please support us by contacting us by telephone and by collecting your prescriptions direct from the pharmacy.
If you have been advised by a member of our team that you need to attend, please comply with the following:
- please attend alone if possible
- please arrive at the time of your appointment, do not come early
- please wear a face covering when entering the building
- if you have any of the key symptoms of cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss or change in sense of taste of smell, please do not attend the surgery
